Are you looking to host an event at a Kent Parks & Rec location? We now have an application process to make it easier for you!
Below you will find three downloads. The first is the Special Events Application. This is what you will submit to Kent Parks & Recreation. The second download is our Special Events Policies. This document has all the information you’ll need when applying for a Special Event Permit, from rules and regulations to contact information for relevant agencies. The final download is our Hold Harmless Agreement. This form will be filled out and signed by the applying person/organization when they submit their application.
