Residency Policy
The City of Kent Parks & Recreation Department is largely financed through city property tax dollars. Therefore to be considered a “resident” in our registration process you must live or own property within the city limits of Kent. “Non-resident” applies to all others. Even though you may have a Kent mailing address or live within the school district, you may not live within the Kent City Limits. We ask for you understanding when registering.

All programs are subject to change. In addition, a program may cancel due to low enrollment, if this happens, a full refund will be issued within two weeks of cancellation.
